We are a team of 60 professionals who are focused on development of mobile devices. Today we mainly offer tablet computers for non-consumer markets as well as design services to selected customers.
Currently Aava Mobile is looking for an Office Assistant in Oulu with the following tasks:
• Mobile switchboard operator and receptionist
• Meeting arrangements, including catering to internal meeting room and reservation of external
• Travel assistance services in cooperation with the travel agency
• AP invoice pre-handling and assisting the finance department
• Receiving and sending mail and packages
• Internal forwarding including cooperation with logistic companies and preparation of shipping
documents for customs declaration
• Procurement of office supplies and kitchen supplies
• Other assisting task for sales, administration and finance compatible with the main role objective
You have the following qualities:
• Fluent in Finnish and English, German is a benefit
• Strong social skills and a natural tendency to reach out to new people
• Service-minded, positive, Can-Do-All attitude with high level of self-motivation
• Initiative and responsible ownership of work
• Experience in processing inbound and outbound shipments including knowledge of required paperwork
• Experience from working in an international company
• Good computer skills in MS office, ERP experience is a benefit.
This is a fixed-term position ending on 31.05.2014. Daily working time is 7.5 h.
